What kind of payment do you accept?

Discount code
I tried to use a discount code, but it didn’t work. Why can’t I use my code?
There are couple possible reasons for why a discount code didn’t work in your cart. The discount codes offered for our website is typically one use per customer only, so if it has been used by you before, it cannot be used again. Another reason could be that the code has expired. Discount also cannot be combined with any other offers.
Can I use a discount code on a previous order?
Discount codes are not valid for prior purchases. They cannot be added retrospectively by you or by the BCAN team. Discount code must be entered at the time of checkout in order to be applied.
Shipping
How long will it take to get my order?
Most orders will be processed and shipped from our warehouses within 2 business days.
Once your order has been processed for delivery, you will receive an email with the tracking number associated with your order. The delivery will usually take between 3 to 7 business days to arrive at your destination, once the parcels have left our warehouse. Rural parts of the U.S. can expect their orders within 8 - 10 business days.
Do you ship to Puerto Rico or outside the United States?
No, we only ship within the contiguous US 48 states, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and any PO BOXES.
I haven't received any updates as to when my will be shipping? What's going on?
Not to worry. Sometimes different parts of your order will get delivered at different times due to different products coming from different warehouses.

Warranty
Do your items have a product warranty?
All BCAN items have a one-year Product Warranty.
What the warranty cover and uncover?
Cover:
- This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
Uncover:
- Any faults caused by lack of maintenance, weather damage, misuse, incorrect assembly or normal wear and tear.
- Damage or defects resulting from failure to follow the instruction manual.
- Normal wear and tear on items/parts damages.
- Improper storage, assembly, alteration/modification of equipment in any way, misuse, abuse, accidents, or improper maintenance.
- Please note that replacement DOES NOT cover shipping, labor, assembly, or re-assembly, and any other consequential or special costs or damages associated with the return, replacement, and assembly of your product.
How do I make a warranty claim?
Just fill in our Contact us with your order number, photos and details of what has happened, and one of our customer support will get back to you asap.
