Warranty Policy

About our One-year Warranty

We are pleased to offer a one-year warranty on the products you have purchased, which is effective from the date of your original purchase.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

Please retain your original sales receipt as proof of purchase in case you need to make a warranty claim.

Exclusion of the liability covered

• Any faults caused by lack of maintenance, weather damage, misuse, incorrect assembly or normal wear and tear.
• Damage or defects resulting from failure to follow the instruction manual.
• Normal wear and tear on items/parts damages.
• Improper storage, assembly, alteration/modification of equipment in any way, misuse, abuse, accidents, or improper maintenance.
• Please note that replacement DOES NOT cover shipping, labor, assembly, or re-assembly, and any other consequential or special costs or damages associated with the return, replacement, and assembly of your product.

Modifications and Contact Information

BCAN team reserves the right to modify the warranty at any time. It is understood that any such modifications will not override warranty conditions applicable at the time of the original sale of the products in question. Disclaimer of Warranty and Limitation of Liability

Except for the limited warranty provided herein, to the extent permitted by law, BCAN disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including all warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

To the extent that any implied warranties may nevertheless exist by operation of law, any such warranties are limited to the duration of this warranty. Some states/provinces do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

Repair or replacement of this product, as provided herein, is your exclusive remedy. BCAN is not liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost revenues, lost profits, rental of replacement equipment, downtime, damage to property, and third-party claims, arising out of any theory of recovery, including warranty, contract, statutory, or tort.

Notwithstanding the term of any limited warranty or any warranty implied by law, or in the event that any limited warranty fails of its essential purpose, in no event will BCAN's liability exceed the purchase price of this product.

Some states/provinces do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
